Wool products deserve some extra love
Alpaca wool is very strong and durable and we try our best to create products that would last a long time, but some product are more delicate than others and with heavy wear need some extra care and maintenance.
Recognizing that our clients lead busy lives, but also wanting our products to endure and reduce their environmental impact, we are introducing a repair service specifically for our knitwear.
This will help ensure that our pieces remain part of your wardrobe for years to come.
Values You Can Touch and Feel

Depilling
A gentle refresh to keep your knitwear looking its best. This focused treatment removes pilling – the small fiber balls that naturally form on soft, natural fibers like alpaca – using precise, fabric-safe tools.
We carefully clean the surface of the garment without altering its softness or integrity. Pilling is a normal feature of premium knitwear and doesn’t indicate poor quality.
Our depilling process restores a smooth, even finish while preserving the elegance and longevity of your piece.

Knitwear hole repair
Our repair service is designed to restore damaged knits with holes, cuts, or missing elements.
One of the great things about knitwear is that many holes can be repaired so seamlessly, your sweater will look as good as new.
Each hole is carefully mended using artisan techniques, and whenever possible, we use the original yarn for the repair.
If any hole is too large for invisible mending (typically over 2.5 cm), we will evaluate alternative solutions before proceeding and provide an update with the best available options.

Elbow patch
Elbows endure the most strain and are prone to wear from abrasion, especially if you spend a lot of time at a desk, such as during office work.
Adding patches is an excellent way to reintorce worn elbows and extend the life of your beloved sweater. Each patch is applied with precision and craftmanship.
Our patches are crafted from 100% baby alpaca fabric, using cut-offs from our wrap production. They are reinforced with adhesive lining for added durability.

Full maintenance
A complete care experience designed to revive and preserve your alpaca knitwear.
This service includes gentle washing, depilling, steaming, ironing, and surface tidying to restore the garment’s original softness, shape, and finish.
We use delicate, fiber-friendly methods that respect the natural qualities of alpaca wool while ensuring a deep clean without stress on the fabric.
