We deliver our products worldwide. Delivery is free of charge for orders over 150€ .

The standard delivery is by airmail with flat-rate fee of 14.90€. In general, the item(s) will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Yet, in some destinations this is not possible and the item(s) will be delivered to your nearest post office. We will contact you in advance if this is the case.

Times of delivery

Delivery times vary for different products. Standard order completion time for stock items is about 2-5 days to EU, outside Europe up to 3-10 days depending on the destination. Order completion time for custom-made products is up to 12 weeks to EU, up to 14 weeks to all other destinations. Please contact us to receive a detailed delivery time.

If an item you are interested in is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay by email and inform you of the anticipated date we expect to ship it. Our website indicates the products availability and lead times, however this information shall be regarded as having merely indicative and not binding value. We do not hold responsible and do not issue any form of compensation for any delays in the shipping.

Delivery outside EU

Please note that for shipments outside the European Union local customs and import taxes may apply. The customer bears sole responsibility for such duties and sums. The amount of the fee is country-specific, please contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information on applicable duties or taxes.


You have the right to return a product 14 days after receiving it. Notify our company of the return at beforehand.

A DHL return label is included with your order.

  • Return cost is €9,95 per order.

We do not assume responsibility for return shipping costs unless return is a result of quality issue or delivery error on our side. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the fibre, all our items are unique and may vary slightly in appearance. Although we make every effort to ensure that colours are as close as possible to the actual colours, there may be slight variations due to the colour settings of your screen.

Any item(s) returned to us must be unused and in their original packaging. In order to ensure you may return the item(s), please open the packing carefully so as not to damage the contents. Do not remove any tags or labels and keep original packaging until you decide to keep the item(s). No returns will be accepted on custom-made products.
