You are free to use the content of our website only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes provided you do not modify it and provided you retain all copyrights and other proprietary notices contained in the content. The content of our website, whether in whole or in part, may not be sold, reproduced, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.
The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.
All prices are in Euros (€).
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Montonio:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, N26
- Buy now, pay later: Indivy, Indivy 3, Liisi ID
- Finnish bank payments: Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki, Revolut, N26
- Card payments (Stripe): Visa / MasterCard
Orders can also be paid by Stripe and PayPal.
NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.
The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
5. OFFER AND CONCLUSION
The purchase contract is concluded once we have accepted your order and confirmed the shipping of the goods. In order to make purchases on the website, you must be of legal age (18 years old).
6. PRICE AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
All prices are stated in euros and include standard packing costs, VAT (EU Member States) and other price components. We reserve the right to make changes in our pricelist one-sidedly. In the event our product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error or typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
We support the following payment methods: Paypal, credit card, bank links. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for more information.
We deliver our products worldwide. The delivery fee is 12.99€ for all destinations. Delivery is free of charge for all destinations starting from order value of 75€. The standard delivery is by airmail. In general, the item(s) will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. Yet, in some destinations this is not possible and the item(s) will be delivered to your nearest post office. We will contact you in advance if this is the case.
Delivery times vary for different products. Standard order completion time for stock items is 2-5 days to EU countries, 3-10 days to other countries. Standard order completion time for products made by order is up to 12 weeks to EU, up to 14 weeks to all other destinations.
If an item you are interested in is temporarily out of stock, please enquire and we will notify you of the delay by email and inform you of the anticipated date we expect to ship it. Our website indicates the products’ availability and lead times, however this information shall be regarded as having merely indicative and not binding value. We do not hold responsible and do not issue any form of compensation for any delays in the shipping.
Please note that for shipments outside the European Union local customs and import taxes may apply. The customer bears sole responsibility for such duties and sums. The amount of the fee is country-specific, please contact the customs office in the country of destination for more information on applicable duties or taxes.
You have the right to return a product 14 days after receiving it. Notify our company of the return at firstname.lastname@example.org beforehand.
A DHL return label is included with your order.

We do not assume responsibility for return shipping costs unless return is a result of quality issue or delivery error on our side. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of the fibre, all our items are unique and may vary slightly in appearance. Although we make every effort to ensure that colours are as close as possible to the actual colours, there may be slight variations due to the colour settings of your screen.
Any item(s) returned to us must be unused and in their original packaging. In order to ensure you may return the item(s), please open the packing carefully so as not to damage the contents. Do not remove any tags or labels and keep original packaging until you decide to keep the item(s). No returns will be accepted on custom-made products.
Once you have notified us of your wish to return the product we will make a refund as soon as possible or within 30 days of your revocation. However, the refund will not be paid before we have received the item(s) back in our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the item(s) have been shipped. The returned good(s) are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please keep all relevant documentation.
We respect the privacy of our customers. Personal data is only collected when you submit them in the context of your purchase or register for our newsletter. We collect several types of information including your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address and location. We use the information you provide without your express permission, solely for the purpose of processing the order and providing communication. We do not forward your personal data to third parties for any other purpose than processing the order. When registering for the newsletter, your email address will be used for advertising purposes: notices of sale, new merchandise and other news.
